We're a family of eight with four boys and two girls. Sarah and I started coming to the gym just over a year ago because we wanted to get our bodies back in shape. For me personally, I want to keep up with my boys as they start to get really active, so I can be there at the crossroads.
I have come to know each of my peer athletes through our workouts. We associate before, after, and in between sets. And each one I come to know, I come to admire. It builds the same camaraderie that many of our veterans experience in the service of our country. I am proud to cheer on my friends as they reach new PR's and bear the fruits of pushing through. And you know what the secret is to improving? Just showing up. We take care of the rest - even on the days you don't feel like trying!
Now, as owners, Sarah and I are committed to keeping United a friendly, neighborhood gym that benefits the young and old, the aspiring athlete and the desk warrior. If you want to be part of a diverse group of people with a common goal of improving their physical health - you have a home with us.
