You may have never done olympic lifts. You may have never even been part of a group fitness class and prefer to workout alone. We have all been there. It can be really nerve-racking to joining a group. Consider this:

  • Did you really find a good results just working out at a traditional gym?
  • Do you have a hard time maintaining a good exercise regimen?
  • Do you thrive being accountable?
  • Would you benefit from individualized training from experienced athletes?

If your answer is "yes" to any of those questions, you will absolutely love being a part of our team - even if you're just starting out. Claim your trial membership and come join us. Our coaches will take good care of you each and every time you come in the door.

What is the difference between CrossFit and functional fitness?
keyboard_arrow_down

We are a functional fitness gym. CrossFit is a franchise that requires an annual fee to be paid in order to use their branded name.

However,  CrossFit is nothing more than a fancy name for functional fitness. And yeah, it does sound pretty fancy. As a functional fitness gym, our focus is on educating you on how to perform proper movements. We train you how to do the movements in the gym and also how to use or perform those skills and strengths in your daily life. We train our members to get better in every aspect of our lives!

We use similar equipment as a CrossFit Affiliate gym would, we work just as hard, and have a lot more fun doing it.  We are, however, not affiliated with the CrossFit organization or name.

Am I locked into a contract?

Certainly not! Life happens, and we don't want to get in the way of that. Our monthly membership is meant to be as flexible as you soon will be (get it??)

If you choose to take advantage of our annual payment, then you voluntarily commit to a year for a discount. It's an open option! And it's completely up to you :)

Is this a Ponzi scheme?
keyboard_arrow_down

If you only invite your weakest friends, encourage them to eat horribly, and make sure they attend very few classes, then sure - it's a Ponzi scheme where you will always be the top performer. Just be careful, it doesn't take very long before they show rapid improvement. Weak things shall be made strong!
