Huge congratulations to Austin for his. teams' huge win at the games this year. Each year, the state's largest CrossFit competition is held in Cedar City where they compete in 9 workouts, get scored and ranked, and teams are awarded. We're proud to be using Austin's programming in our United Core classes - which means you could find yourself on the podium too!
