Well it's that time of year to be grateful for our family, neighbors, and health! At United, we will be holding no normally scheduled classes in order to give our coaches well-deserved rest. However, there is a workout scheduled if you want to come in on your own right after downing Grandma's famous homemade pumpkin pie. As a token of our gratitude to YOU. We are offering a free WOD at 8:00am for ANYONE, whether or not they're a gym member. So come one come all and bring your friends to join us for a warmup and working out with a partner. Bring some warm clothes! It involves some outdoor running!
