Making weak things become strong

Designed by our head trainer, Austin Esplin, this series is meant for the serious athlete as well as the beginner. Every class has an Rx meant to build muscle, increase endurance, and completely gas you each and every day. But don't be intimidated, each class also has options for scaling each movement. That's the beauty of our program!

We do a variety of movements in cardio, strength and conditioning, gymnastic rigs movements, and olympic lifting. One day you may be climbing a rope, walking (or learning to) on your hands, or snatching barbells over head. There are timed workouts with a coach to instruct, motivate, and modify for each and every participant. Each class begins with a warmup, includes a technical power or olympic lift to improve skill or strength, and a workout-of-the-day (WOD.) You don't need to think, just do!
