Coming soon! A weekly evening class of Yoga will be offered to all members who want to increase their full range of motion. Which is pretty much everyone. This class will have the uncanny ability to make you drip sweat without very much movement at all.
Static poses and stretches will ensure your tendons are pushed to their max and your muscles surprisingly spent, but in a different way than the high intensity workouts. These classes will be offered in the evenings as soon as our instructor is ready to go.
