These are offered on a once-per-month basis and range from 60 - 90 minutes. They constitute a warmup, a technique section, an endurance section, and then a workout-of-the-day (WOD.) Unlike most swim workouts, not all the activity occurs in the water. You will be interlacing pushups and other fitness movements throughout the workout to guarantee total body soreness.
